1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Twinply for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@twinply.com with your account details and the reason for your request.

2. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items or services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • One-time usage credits or tokens that have already been consumed.
  • Custom development or consulting services once the work has commenced.
  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day window has passed (unless required by law).

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-billing cycle.
